A seagull in Scotland has developed the habit of stealing chips from a neighborhood shop.

The seagull waits until the shopkeeper isn't looking, and then walks into the store and grabs a snack-size bag of Cheetos.

Once outside, the bag gets ripped open and shared by other birds.

The seagull's shoplifting started early this month when he first swooped into the store in Aberdeen, Scotland, and helped himself to a bag of chips. Since then, he's become a regular. He always takes the same type of chips.

Customers have begun paying for the seagull's stolen bags of chips because they think it's so funny.

Hey at least the bird has good taste smile.gif

interesting. He does indeed hurry out.

Now then...is this a learned response from , perhaps, having been chased out before...or does the bird feel guilt for his actions.

Feeling guilt is one of the factors differentiating humans from other animals.
Does this bird, sly as he is, have a spirit? Making him more human than the rest of the flock....

does he share the bootie of his spoils willingly with other birds, thusly satisfying his guilt to some degree.
A Robin Hood syndrome??? Take from the rich and give to the poor?

Or

Is this behavior an act of revenge against the shop-keeper??? "The Man"???

Is this sly gull just trying to get on Youtube. Is this an attempt to gain notoriety and internet fame?

Will he entice other gulls to join him in his life of crime, perhaps creating a "flock" of shoplifters, ravaging the 'hood.
Then what.....??? A gull meth lab?
Drug running?
Be a great method to cross the borders with illegal drugs. A flock of Seagulls carrying a load of coke.

I dunno...this looks bad to me !!!

....and you Viper...you support this behavior! Are you in cahoots with the gull. Are you being paid off?
We always wondered how you came by the Yellow Popo. Now we understand. You bought it with drug money supplied to you by the "Gull Mafia".
.
...and you posted it right here on the Nation!

Are proud of this ?

Does it make you feel like some kinda of bigshot cause you support illicit gull drug running...probably including prostition.
Some poor gull hooker standing on the street corner for her pimp gull....and you helped make that happen.!!!!

How can you sleep at night ???!!! jpshakehead.gif

I've been so busy my whole life trying to earn a living..
....I forgot to make any money !

lachtot.gif lachtot.gif @ Lars.

I would guess he hurries because of the shop owner in the past chasing him out. I would tape the bag shut real good with clear tape devil.gif The HD packing tape & then see who gets the last laugh. Oh I could think of many things. Tie a fishing line to the bag & yank it back 24.gif Good clean fun

Pretty cool clip! Wonder if the shop owner moved the order of his shelves if the bird would shop for the cheetos or just grab the closest bag to the door?

Yeah, What gives? Why the sudden interest in seagull black market chips?

Stangely enuf...a gull house of ill-repute is still referred to as a "Cat House" !
which might explain why there arn't very many of them....the name scares the clients away ! supercoolgangsta.GIF
