First of all, you can't buy a "sword of death" for $30! You can barely buy a decent kitchen knife for that. A "sword of death" will cost you a couple of thousand dollars unless you want it to be just a "sword of pain that almost went through the body".

But the big part you left out what how much Halliburten will really charge the Government for that sword. We're talking at least 1.2 Billion spread out over 6 months. And that's only if they leave out the security force required to protect the sword. Once we pay them under the table, the actual cost will be $9,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 because the rest of the money will be funneled through a secret fund in the CIA budget instead of directly being paid under the program that was approved by congress. This fund will be totally legal because Dick Cheny will put it through his office (the Office of the Vice President) which, as we all know, he declared was not an official part of the US Government and is therefore not subject to any laws that the Executive Branch must follow.
