Dear Gravy Lady: I live along a busy US Highway and the things tossed out of vehicles by motorists never stops amazing me. Although at times I am not sure what it should be called. So with that in mind, if a motorist tossed a cat out their window, would it be considered KITTY LITTER?

The gravy lady could give you a long drawn out answer but the short one is better in this instance. NO and YES, if someone were to throw a kitty out of a car window at highway speeds that would be animal abuse that would result in probable death. Then it would become Kitty litter. Dead kitty litter
