Recently, when I went to McDonald's I saw on the menu that you could have an order of 6, 9 or 12 Chicken McNuggets...
I asked for a half dozen nuggets..
'We don't have half dozen nuggets,' said the teenager at the counter.
'You don't?' I replied.
'We only have six, nine, or twelve,' was the reply.
'So I can't order half dozen nuggets, but I can order six?'
'That's right.'
So I shook my head and ordered six McNuggets
(Unbelievable but sadly true...)

Here's a great add on to that...Let's say your bill is $9.54 give the kid $10.04 and pull the plug on the cash register display before they look at it. It's fun to torment the fundamentally challenged.

I am teaching my kids to count change....schools do not do this anymore...my gramma taught me..and BOY was that helpful! More times than not, I have been given back change that was wrong either way and when you correct them, they are dumbfounded!

I normally get the 20 piece McNugget meal.

Do they even sell sizes as small as 1/2 a dozen?
